"I called early morning and was informed they were in the area doing another job and could stop by in an hour or so. Jeff arrived in less than an hour and performed a full condo spray for bug control. He informed us they would be back in a week or so, they did come back and did follow-up spray and we have not seen any sugar ants since. Good job and thank you."

"Kevin sent out Patrick and Art. They surveyed inside and out. They thought best course of action would be to cut a small square in the inside drywall, so they could set a snap trap, which they did on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. The next morning, I checked the trap and there was a nice sized Curly-Tail Lizard, that had “bought the farm.” After removing him, I reset the trap. The rest of the week, nothing else was caught and the scratching, behind the wall had stopped. Could not give you the cost, so I put down $1.00. The Association will discuss the cost with the Vendors. So, very happy with Patrick and Art. They were right on time, very personable, and did a very professional job. Thanks also to Bill McGuire from Pest Relief, as he made it all happen. It’s good to have quality Contractors, and my wife and I greatly appreciated their services."
