I had a problem with the plumbing after the installation that I addressed with Anthony. He immediately sent Tony to correct the issue. I work with tradesmen every day so I know that issues occur. "Ellison did a beautiful job!  We went to the warehouse and picked out our granite slab, and he took it from there.  One visit to look at the kitchen and measure for the countertops and then another for installation.  The finished product is spectacular!  Ellison definitely has an eye for using the granite to the best advantage.  The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to prices at home improvement store chains.  This was the final touch to a new kitchen, and we are very pleased with the product, price, installation, and end result overall.

"Equal rooter called me about 5 minutes after I requested a quote from Angies List. I had previously reached out to several plumber/contractors hoping to have my potfiller repaired but not many seemed to be knowledgeable of this type of faucet/ plumbing. Not the case with this company. From our first conversation I could tell i was in good hands. Kevin sent someone the next day who arrived on time, wore a mask without me having to ask, and took his time to make sure he got to the root of the problem and that it did not leak. I had been really stressed out about this getting replaced as I was starting to think no one would be able to fix it. Equal Rooter did and in less than 24hrs from first contact! Price is probably not the cheapest but not exorbitant. I think it was fair for the work involved. I would use them again for any future plumbing issues."

"Excellent Customer Service, Sales, Installation and Repair!!!! Highly recommend their services. We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."
