He asked very important questions no other company did- where is it, what gallon size, what is the width and height, asked for a couple of pics, etc. This was all VERY important, as size mattered greatly in if a new tank would fit, and how much re-working of piping was necessary. Bottom line, in 1 1/2 hours I had a new water heater installed. I could not be happier, and HIGHLY recommend this company for their superlative service and price!!!"
