"Ace Custom Drywall, Inc.- Michael and Bridget Cowell- did a thorough job with very good results. They arrived as scheduled and on-time, and completed the work in the two-day period they had indicated. They remove ceiling fans, light fixtures, vent covers, etc. They meticulously covered the walls and floor with plastic sheeting, and when the job was done there was very little residue anywhere- none at all on the floors and just a bit on some wall areas- which was easy to remove. They repaired any nail pops and three areas of drywall damage on my walls, as well as leveling an area of the ceiling drywall which in which there was a somewhat prominent dip due to settling of the roof trusses. Rooms have to be totally empty of furnishings, and painting and returning ceiling fans and fixtures is up to the homeowner once the new texture dries for at least 24 hours. That's an additional expense that needs to be considered if one chooses to hire a painter, as well as some labor to return all ceiling fixtures. The ceiling looked so good after painting that I wasn't even willing to return the existing vent covers which had been cleaned but still discolored over the years, and instead bought new ones. Overall, a great job, and they are coming back soon to do my living room and dining room. I highly recommend Ace Custom Drywall."

"Bait and Switchers. DO NOT RELY ON AN ON AN QUOTE FOR JOB THEY HAVEN"T SEEN! IN PERSON. I gave three electricians very explicit information to bid a job. Offered New Dawn opportunity to come make in person quote but they said they didn't need to. Two of three were very close but I picked New Dawn based on these reviews. I paid a $500 deposit and waited several weeks for the service and paid for someone ($200) to be at my house to meet them this morning. Technicians showed up and said they didn't have what was required to do project and "project was out of scope of quote because it required conduit". They were told up front verbally and in text exchanges conduit was required. In fact the text said "Conduit Obviously!". Spoke to Kelly who was one of the owners who confirmed she researched and saw the text exchange and notes but said the person who gave the quote had made an incorrect assumption and that they would not honor the quote and they would have to give me a new quote. When I challenged that (nicely) she hung up on me. Typical Florida scammers."

An inspector came out to my home and said that the roof was installed incorrectly. This company will not answer or return ANY of my calls. I now have leaking and ponding on my NEW roof. Now, I have to hire an attorney and pay a new roofing company to fix the roof. "Oleg and Omkal Construction did an amazing job on our remodel and repair work. Shortly after settling on our home we found major termite damage. Oleg and team removed the damaged joists, took down a wall and installed a new I-Beam giving them a an amazing open floor plan with which to do our remodel. Oleg is responsive, timely and does great work. I would not hesitate to use him again!"

"TERRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE!!! After 30 years, we decided to replace our garage popcorn ceiling with texture ceiling. This was done by Blue Sky on July 7, 2025. In the middle of October 2025 we noticed our ceiling texture was starting to crack. It is now November 17, 2025 and we?ve left multiple messages for the owner Mr. Clay Ollsen to contact us. Neither he or anyone with the firm will return our calls. In hindsight, we should never have used this firm. Why in the world would a company not return customer calls? We just don?t think this is fair. We are now going to have to hire another firm to finish work done less than five months ago!"
