"On 4/23/25 Travis Reed Irrigation came out to my house because I had requested an estimate from Travis Reed to look at my irrigation system to see if it needed any maintenance on it and to look at the irrigation timer to see if it was still set for Sunday, Tuesday and Friday and then put everything in an estimate and submit the estimate to me, but Travis Reed took it upon himself to perform work on my property so he says he did such as put a new irrigation pop-up head on in my backyard, but it's not working properly and he set the timer to come on everyday for 45 minutes in every zone causing my water bill to go up high. I never authorized Travis Reed to perform any work on my property and I didn't authorize him to set my timer to come on everyday at 4:00 AM for 45 minutes in every zone either. I asked for an estimate which by the way I never received at all. I wanted an estimate from Travis Reed because I was going to compare his quote with other quotes from other irrigation companies and then I would make my decision on who to choose to do the maintenance on my irrigation system. Travis Reed is a Con Artist and he's trying to rip me off because I'm a single female. I already had my timer set for Sunday, Tuesday and Friday to come on at 3:00 AM for 30 minutes. I asked Travis Reed to look at it because 4 days prior to Travis Reed coming to my house there was a power outage in my area and I wanted to make sure it was still set for those three days to come on at 3:00 AM for 30 minutes, but Travis Reed reset the whole timer differently and had the water coming on everyday at 4:00 AM for 45 minutes which ran up my water bill and the water could have rotted out the root system in the St. Augustine grass the lawn company I have that told me that. Travis Reed emailed me a bill for more than $200, he threatened me, he harassed me, called me a crook and then kept adding late charges on the bill and he keeps emailing me each higher bill . I got another higher bill in June 2025 that I'm going to submit to you. I'm also going to submit pictures to you as well. I never authorized Travis Reed to perform any work on my property and all I asked for was an estimate and that's all. Travis Reed shouldn't be in business because he's so unprofessional and he's the real crook not me. I'll tell everyone I know not to bother calling Travis Reed Irrigation because of what he did to me and the aggravation he's caused me. I'll never look on Angie again for anymore contractors of any kind from here on out because of Travis Reed Irrigation."
