"Even with all of my years experience, I don't see how things could have went any better. As a retired 34 year veteran of building subdivisions I can honestly say that my overall experience with Roman Roofing on my personal home was good enough in all areas to be quite surprising and even far better than I expected. They started and finished in 1 week from the start date. Even though there were significant issues discovered once the old roof was removed, the repairs were made quickly, without delay and at a price that was quite fair. I am well pleased."

"I have a tile roof over battens. Roofing RX identified the leakages and knew exactly what was needed. They made all of the repairs in a timely manner."

"Excellent service and timely provided me with an independent inspection of the dry in done on our roof to help us get corrective action on a job that did not pass initial inspection. Highly recommend their organization to help you with an insurance or home inspection on your roof or your roof repair - replacement needs."

"First, Koala Roofing completed a temporary repair on our roof while we waited on the Hurricane Ian claim. Then, we again contacted Jason when we were ready. Jason and Anthony spent much time explaining options. Our house looks absolutely fabulous! We are the envy of the subdivision. Neighbors have been just buzzing about how hard the roofers worked. This steel coated roof completes our house, making it elegant and modern. Jason and Anthony were very hands on, either at our house, or available by phone. We proudly displayed the Koala Roofing sign, watching cars slow by with admiration. Koala Roofing is definitely a 5 star company. Thank you."

"I suspected I had a soffit loose and the person who previously had helped with some roof repair no longer dabbles in this. A friend recommended Douglas Restoration, saying they had a positive experience and good price. I called Douglas and they came out in a timely manner. Cyrena did a very thorough inspection, spotted a concern and identified a solution right away. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be using Douglas in the future for any roofing and gutter needs! I highly recommend this company, just as they were recommended to me!"

"I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
