"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. He then explained what the installation entailed in detail, and explained each step in layman's terms. <br />    The supplier was late delivering the roof panels by a few days (no fault of CFR) and Dale was more upset than I was that the installation was later than he promised. If only by a few days. <br />    He had the roof done in two days, with a small, experienced crew. CFR added an (unexpected) extra piece of lumber and installed a cap (that I had purchased) on the chimney, both at no extra charge. <br />    CFR stuck to his written estimate, and even absorbed the Maine sales tax, which he forgot in the original estimate. <br />    The roof looks great, and Dale has called days later to ensure that everything is up to our satisfaction. <br />    All and all, a job well done by CFR.
