His associate was less attentive to detail, but will likely improve with more experience. The only thing that I would suggest he work on is clean up when job completed. Tiling was done brilliantly with almost no flaws, which is difficult for the most experienced of them. This was the most important factor. Would hire again in a heartbeat."

"I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."
