"I hired Isaac to remove my Trex decking and install a french drain system along my back sidewalk area. He removed the Trex and we found existing drainage under the decking and dirt that had accumulated prior to my purchase of the house. He flushed out the existing drain system, repaired some rotten stringers, sealed the top of the 2"x6"'s and re-installed the Trex decking. It took about 4 days, very quick. Isaac and his team were great to work with. He was on site and very active in overseeing the project. He was a pleasure to work with and I then contracted him to remodel my master bathroom."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results.
