"I live in Apollo Beach and had a sprinkler pump that had stopped working. I called the people that installed the pump. It was about 5 years old. They told me that I needed a new pump and that the pump I had was not the correct one (even though their company installed it). That a new 40' line from the well to the pump was needed. They quoted me $3500. I knew better. I called Bay Area Pump and Well Service right here in Apollo Beach. Wesley Carter and his son came out right on time. They diagnosed the problem as a bad check valve at the well connection and replaced it. They also cleaned out my jet pump and redid the input plumbing into the pump. Installed a ball valve. He explained to me why and how the pump malfunctioned and what he did. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Their charge for parts and service was $200 that included a service charge. They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service. They are honest and reliable."

"Showed up on time. Knew what he was talking about. Did an estimate before starting anything. I was surprised that the repair to the faucet was higher than the repair to the toilet which is why I ranked the value at b4, but the work was performed quickly and to our satusfaction. I would use these guys again."

"Installed a new heat pump unit for me at my home. Great service and great price! Would recommend to anyone"

"I was given a reasonable quote to have a leak repaid. I also decided to have a water heater replaced at the same time. Had several quotes but went with Cass as they were reasonable and gave me options. Lui was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Completed the work in a reasonable time. He kept me informed during the process and also insured that the leak and water heater were replaced and repaired to my satisfaction before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing concerns."

"Our hot water heater was an antique. The pro had to find a replacement, and installed it the next day with the aid of a helper. Job done, and all is working well."

"Great experience. Got water going asap. Fixed issue and even came back to explain some things we didn't understand. Would for sure recommend to family and friends. And will be using for any and all future water well needs. THANKS AGAIN!!!"

"The services was excellent, from the time the tech arrived he was courteous and explained what needed to be done. After the repair was complete he even created a barrier around the waterline to prevent a future incident. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again if needed."

"I have a old well and the pump quit working. I called Tampa Well Drilling and they made an arrangement to meet me at my house. James took out the old system and completely rebuilt the pump with new materials. It was a big job and they did a great job. I'm very happy with the work they did."

"Steve and his team were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial evaluation, Steve was honest about my system. He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Filtration Direct enough for any issue you maybe having with your water. His team is honest, respectable and very professional. Not to mention the work they did was top notch. Thank You"
