"First time I met Mr Thorson was on a Friday evening around 7pm.. Our AC stopped cooling and it was June 2021. Mr Thorson responded after hours and fixed our unit. He was quick and efficient, and reasonable. The next year (2022) the AC crapped out again almost to the day one year later.Again Mr Thorson responded and got us up and running. This time we decided it was time for a new unit. The unit has been installed and works great, Jackie and her assistant replaced my heat and ac unit. They did a great job. I highly recommend Thorson Heating and AC, price quality and ease of communication are top notch and I have a hometown company that I can count on for my duration. If you are thinking of having any heating or cooling work done include Thorson's in your process."

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. "Initially all went well, it was installed in a timely manner. One reason I went with Ryan’s was the assurance of being able to call him, if there were any issues or other problems in the future. Shortly after the install, I called, then texted and finally emailed with a question with no response, Fast forward a year, I was set up with another company for a routine furnance maintenance, a day before the service, the furnance stopped working. First I called Ryan’s, thinking to give him a second chance, once again, no response. I called the other company, who found multiple, serious issues, including the gas valve that was bulging and close to exploding. The valve was not properly set. Another of the issues was the incorrect installation on the venting system. Also the heat exchange unit had holes in it. Because of all of this, a new furnance had to be installed. It was very disappointing a small, local company would not stand behind its work. I would never recommend this company, it was money wasted and a lot of hassle."

"They did not show up in time. Saide they put new parts in and charge me but did not put any new parts in. When I called them out on it told me I don't know what o was talking about and its still not working after coming out 4 times."

"I hired this company to repair hail damage on my home in 2023. The job was to replace the roofs on my house and garage as well as siding and gutters on my house. Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. Communication was lacking and they tried to charge me way more than what my insurance scope was. I had to get a lawyer involved. He sued me and we went to court. I won my case in February 2025 and I am still waiting to be paid the money I am owed. I do not recommend this company, buyer beware."
