Took and email pictures of key components and observations. Total cost with tax was $262.40. Got ~ $50 discount by combining furnace and air conditioner inspection in same trip."

"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I assumed this included dryer vent cleaning as well, but it seemed that the technician could not complete this portion of the cleaning or it was not included in the service - I couldn't figure out which he was trying to tell me, but the dryer vents did not get cleaned. I know this service is included in some other companies' services. The technician was prompt showing up at the beginning of the 2 hour window and was in and out in less than an hour. There was a small amount of debris left under almost all of the vents, but there is still debris falling out of my vents over a week later, so I am not sure how much the technician left there and how much just fell afterward. One of the pieces of equipment leaked water on my hardwood floors, but I put a towel underneath to catch it, so just watch out for that if you have this service done. For the vacuuming of the furnace and one return vent (as the technician said that the heat vents don't have much build up due to their function, which makes sense), the price seemed quite steep, especially after subsequently hearing advertisements for much lower prices that include the dryer vent as well."
