Spoke to Robert who reassured me and told me he was familiar with my neighborhood and had actually worked on the house years ago for the previous owner. He right away knew what the issue was. He came to the house and assessed the issue keeping me up to date. He was able to get a backhoe to my house on short notice and installed a new line before I came back home a few days later. They had to dig a trench from the front of my house to the street, snake out and clear the line and install brand new pipe with clean outs. Highly recommend this company. They were professional and kept me up to date throughout the project. They were kind and understanding. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs."

"Not a central air install but a mini-split. Installed in an older home with window units. The new 24000 BTU Mini-Split was installed, wiring work, and all cleanup was done by Zack HVAC Services in one day. Professional, efficient, and courteous team that delivered. "Terrible (but good!). The terrible part was making multiple phone calls over a two month period but never getting a call back to get an estimate and scheduling an appointment. Finally, called and got the owner, David. He was very negative and admitted that to me when he called back to apologize. Of course there not everything has a 100% guarantee in life, but all I want was a similar antenna installed like the first one 10 years ago pointing in the same directions to cover sets in my kitchen/DR. The original one has worked well (95% of the time) picking up not only line-of-site PBS stations in Washington (Weta and WHUT), but also the outstanding MPT channels from Annapolis. The "Good" outcome was that I tried an extra indoor antenna that I had in storage and hung up on a pendant lamp hanging 10-12 feet' in my kitchen, and then pointing it in the same direction as the one on the chimney using a compass on a CP app and fine tuning with MPT. The Annapolis station comes in clearly, plus dozens of the usual broadcast channels. Problem solved in less than 2 hrs with a little ingenuity and using my outdoor extension ladder indoors, some white cable, white duct tape and white cable hangers. It is sad the the nation's capital does not have any competition in this business."

"AJ did a great job! The first time he came out he handled an issue related to our basement outlets, and an issue with our garage light. At the time he gave us estimates for ceiling fans and a brand new garage light fixture. We decided not to get the garage fixture because we needed to get a new garage door opener and the light functionality on that works very well. So we went a head an asked him to install ceiling fans. At the last minute we asked for smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and AJ was very accommodating and told us the kind of fans to get. He provided the alarms which was helpful since we asked at the last minute. He installed everything and things are working great! I'd definitely give him a call again for any other electrical issues.
