The "Good" outcome was that I tried an extra indoor antenna that I had in storage and hung up on a pendant lamp hanging 10-12 feet' in my kitchen, and then pointing it in the same direction as the one on the chimney using a compass on a CP app and fine tuning with MPT. The Annapolis station comes in clearly, plus dozens of the usual broadcast channels. Problem solved in less than 2 hrs with a little ingenuity and using my outdoor extension ladder indoors, some white cable, white duct tape and white cable hangers. It is sad the the nation's capital does not have any competition in this business."
