"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

"Beautifully!!! We had an emergency - Thanksgiving eve and the oven won't light! It was late but Al and Bonnie came over to check it out. They needed a different part (because of a problem with a previous repair) and came back today - Thanksgiving - to do the actual repair. Thanksgiving is saved thanks to Al and Bonnie!!! "B&B could not have been any more wonderful to work with. Mark and his crew were professional and helpful from start to finish. It's very upsetting to be uprooted from your home when something like this happens and they really took the time to work with each individual involved to make sure that they were involved in the process and the timing of each stage of the work. After the project was underway, there was an issue with the insurance company releasing the funds and the project was delayed three weeks. Mark made arrangements to finish the work and wait for the money to come in when he easily could have moved on to another job due to being so busy. He took the time to work with me while I picked out paint colors and floors and my condo looks better than it did before! The attention to detail that B&B demonstrated was very impressive. The work was done in a very timely manner and overall, given the circumstance, B&B was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again to do work on my own home and the condo association has recently hired them again to work on the rest of the building. I would say an all-around full service company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home!"
