They fulfilled their promise to pay half the cost of fixing the freon tubing, they left my yard cleaner than how it started, all their staff were extremely polite, and in the end I'm a happy customer. I wish we'd avoided the freon tubes to begin with, but again, they did right by me in the end."

The problem I had on this occasion was post replacement. The first storm after the roof was replaced produced a leak in one of the bedrooms. They were quick to check and repair the problem, but the leak left a stain on the ceiling which needs to be touched up. Six months and numerous tries later, I can still not get the company to send someone to touch this up. With my wife and I attempting to sell our house, it looks like we will need to hire someone to do what this company should have done. Like I said before, I had good experiences on prior jobs, but this one will make me hesitant to use them again or recommend them to anyone else."
