Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. We requested the same crew, as they were very courteous and respectful; they arrived with more appropriate equipment and were able to raise our foundation wall to our satisfaction. "CO SPRINGS RESIDENTS, THIS IS THE FOUNDATION REPAIR COMPANY YOU SHOULD CALL!! We have new cracks appearing in our walls after owning our house for two years, so we called three foundation repair companies and a Structural Engineer. Two of the foundation repair companies tried to sell us $13,000 worth of wall anchors and foam injection. The Structural Engineer said that we need to fix our super obvious drainage issues (the house is lower than the street and all rain drains right into the front wall). Trevor from Colorado Grouting came out, inspected our house thoroughly, took measurements, and said that we do not need his company's services! He even gave us a drawing with measurements so we can monitor the cracks ourselves. I highly recommend that you call Colorado Grouting before paying $1000s for wall anchors or foam!!"
