He explained everything well and answered any questions I had... he even stopped by my house several times during the re-roofing process to make sure that everything was proceeding according to my expectations. My expectations were exceeded at every point throughout this process. The roof replacement was quick, efficient, and the upgraded shingles resulted in a great-looking and robust roof. BLU even arranged for my house to be painted by one of its partners. Each contact I had with the workers who worked on my house was great: each had great work ethic, attention to detail, and were pleasant to have around. When two of the workers were on the roof outside an upstairs window, my young children were waving at them from the other side of the glass. When the workers saw my kids, they smiled and waved back. Nice little interaction. I whole-heartedly recommend BLU."

"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

When Zach arrived to inspect our attic and provide us a quote, he spent time going over the company, warranty information, options for financing, and benefits of providing a solar barrier in the attic, along with adequate insulation. The company provides an app which gave us updated information about our install, as well as access to photos and documents. The installers arrived on time within their window, and completed the job in under 2 hours. They are polite and cleaned up prior to leaving. Dajuan the showed up a few hours later to perform a quality check of the work, and went over the complete process to ensure our satisfaction and a chance for us to ask any questions. It was a great experience and we would definitely consider using Power Home Remodeling again in the future."
