"My usual winterization service had dropped the ball after promising for months to come out but never turning up. I contacted Jamie at JS Services Ohio and the very next day Jamie was here to get the job done. Keeps their promise; does good work. That s what we all want when we hire someone. Thank you JS Services & Jamie for a job well done."

"We met with Jim in March and went over our needs for a yard that includes wet/dry zones and was having new flower beds installed in the spring. Jim presented a great plan and was open to suggestions which included changing the zones in the far back from vertical to horizontal. He explained his process of doing spring openings first before he did new installs. The spring of 2019 was a record setting wet spring so our project was delayed until July. Jim stayed in contact and was able to accommodate us as his first residential install for 2019. He showed up as promised with a crew ready to work and finished the job in the 3-day time frame. He was able to creatively work through challenges so the system meets our needs. I LOVE having the entire system controlled from an app on my phone. The app is intuitive and it is easy to create multiple schedules involving a variety of zones - some are grass and others are flower beds. The system is flexible and additional heads can be installed as we add more plants to our landscaping. We also have a rain monitor that works in conjunction with the local NWS reporting station. Jim and his crew are professional, easy to work with and nice to dogs who need a break outside during the day. I highly recommend Jim and his crew!"

"Shafer did a GREAT JOB at my home in Shaker Heights. Closed us down for the winter, started our sprinkler service in the spring. On-time, fair price, quality work."

"Angie's list needs a field where it says that this provider was never contacted and provided no service for me. I like a lot of things about Angie's list but I don't like being asked over and over about a service that was never provided. I am hoping this answer will stop the emails from Angie's list about a service that was not preformed. It was not asked for - I just read the ad!

"The team at Irrigation Inc did a fantastic job of installing my new irrigation system. I have had them service it for the last three years. Not only do they do great work, but my grass looks incredible!"

"Jeff Modock came to give us a quote and he was very professional. The work was done well with the exception of some ground cover that was killed in error. I called Jeff and he said his foreman would be out. That was 10 days ago. I think the ground cover may come back but I would have liked better follow thru."

"I couldn't be happier. I hired them as my new landscaping company, They are very nice and polite They are great guys. When they arrived, they knocked on my door. They asked me questions like, if I was happy with the job or if I needed anything else done. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anybody. They cleaned up after themselves. Their prices are affordable."
