I have a mosaic tile with a pattern in it and rather that have the tile line up correctly there are quite a few spots within the tile that  it’s backward. I told them I wanted a white bath and they bought a half white bath.  The wires were not correctly done so a light fixture went out. I was frustrated because I was paying the project manager and they were not managing it properly. They were coming at 11 in the morning and they had to leave to work on someone’s garage door."

We talked to other companies and they weren’t interested in doing it. Troy also recommend an attic fan. We agreed and so glad, it’s quite solar powered, and a s already making a difference. Then we asked if the could install a disappearing ladder in our garage. He checked and we set it up. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Very professional, explained everything as we went and completed in just a few hours. I was able to inspect and it was done very well. The crew to install they ladder cam a short while later, again very professional, did they a great job as well. We will definitely recommend and will use Pure Home again if we need work done. Very pleased start to finish!"
