We requested this both for aesthetic and safety reasons (outdoor steps that could easily lead to falls). They worked with us for about three hours and completed a comprehensive plan to accomplish these objectives. A couple of months later they came out and implemented the plan. My wife and I are absolutely delighted. Both objectives were masterfully satisfied. The front of the house is beautifully but very subtly highlighted. The pavers and stairways are easy to identify. "Joe came and proposed a plan of lighting for our long driveway, parking areas, and house accents.  Joe was honest with his recommendations and didn't try to over sell anything. We were impressed with his plant knowledge, landscape ideas and vision of lighting accents. We approved the design and his team came and installed the lights a week earlier than they had planned so that we would have the lighting for a holiday party!  The crew was respectful, easy to work with, neat, and finished their work on time even though a piece of their equipment broke and had to be replaced.  It was hard to give an "A" for the price because lighting is not inexpensive to have installed but we got another quote which was higher and Joe had far more expertise. We highly recommend this company, Joe and his crew! <br />"

"Once I did review this company quite highly--ironically, because they stood behind their work and if there were any problems, they would make it right. (See my review of 4-27-18). But recently things seem to have fallen apart. The pavers along the edges of the large patio they installed have become loose, and many have popped off. The pavers just inside the border stones has sunk a quarter to a half inch all along the length of one side. I have had regular responses to my queries for repairs, but always the same: The owner is in Florida on another project, and promises to "get to it next month". This has been happening now since summer. I would prefer he just get someone out here to fix things, and be done with it. The company is licensed and bonded, but I hope I don't have to resort to that. The next step is the BBB and whatever resolution I can get through Angie's List, but I can't wait much longer for promised redress that never comes. I hate to have to do this, but I strongly believe that a company needs to keep the promises implicit in their contracts with customers. For now, I cannot recommend this company . (Update) To this company's credit, they have in the last week sent a crew out to do the repairs I've been asking for. As of today, they are 90% finished. Super late response, but at least they are honoring their commitment to stand by their work. That counts for a lot."
