"I was impressed!  I sent an email when I found Ryan's Restoration on Angie's List.  I received an immediate response and an appointment was set up within two days.(I had a short turn around because the house was being re-rented).  Bob, who was superb, came out on Saturday at 1:30 and worked non-stop till about 7:30.  He was super professional, pleasant, and did an outstanding job.  The carpet are looking wonderful after stretching (no ripples), repair, and cleaning.  The tile looks great and I feel comfortable letting new renters move in (the old renters had three dogs and I wanted to make sure the house was clean and safe).  I would re-hire them in a minute....a very professional service organization.

I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing.
