He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. We highly recommend this gentleman."

They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing.
