"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Perfect! If you want absolutely perfect hardwood floors hire Shorewood Hardwood Flooring. Easy to work with, fair pricing, perfectionist’s. Would hire over and over again. They repaired and refinished our main floors, installed floors on second level and basement. Don’t hesitate to use them."

"I had my hardwood floors refinished and the results are amazing—the floors look brand new. This was the only company willing to take on the job since others said it was too complicated. Their years of experience really showed, and they finished the work quickly without cutting corners. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you need hardwood floors refinished, I’d definitely recommend this team—they know what they’re doing. My go-to the next time I have a flooring project."

"Rick did an exceptional job installing hardwood flooring throughout our house. He is an expert craftsman that delivers flawless results. His installations are high quality because he pays attention to details and has excellent carpentry skills. He has a dustless system so no mess. He was a pleasure to work with, always on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day making it easy to live in our home during the installation. I highly recommend Rick."

"Everything went well. Love my new floors"

"I can’t recommend Clint and Footprint Floors any higher. We were feeling a little stressed with getting our tile kitchen floor installed and Clint made the whole process easy, and stress free. We had an old home with a non ideal subfloor. Josh was the installer, and he is a 10/10. The job was bid for 2-3 days but ended up taking about 6 due to a rotten subfloor. Instead of cutting corners as most would do, Josh replaced the subfloor and took the necessary time to make sure the floor was level and that the job was done right vs fast. Josh has an amazing attention for detail, and we couldn’t be more happy with how the floor turned out. Hire Clint and Josh if you want a perfect floor install for a very fair price."

"This is a good company that does a great job. Installed LVP, done quickly and qualitatively."

"The project was to install solid wood flooring in a bedroom Previously we installed wood flooring in our living room. At that time we purchased enough flooring to finish but just shy of enough to finish a second room. When we were ready to install wood flooring in the bedroom we purchased enough additional to finish the job. The installer worked hard to get the flooring installed and even adjust some of the boards manufacturers unsquareness. Overall, the installation was well done. But, the devil is in the details, hence the 3 stars. When we previously did the living room the baseboards, which have to be removed to install wood, that installer reinstalled the baseboards, recaulked, and did touch up painting. Other bidders for this job detailed baseboard restoration was included. This contractor bid said it would be reinstalled. Two pieces are missing and no restoration was done. When we asked about it we were told they nailed it back up and are done. I do not recommend them."

"My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"Adam was fantastic. He came out looked at the issues and quickly offered suggestions for the fix and quoted a very fair price. John the installer was diligent, professional and measured over and over again to make sure it was correct. Beautiful result. We would give him a higher rating if possible!"
