"I'm a landlord in the East Bay and Richard is my go-to guy whenever any repairs are needed. He is such a professional. Always shows up exactly on time, gives a free quote and always honors the quote. No funny business. He works very efficiently and does a good job. I find his rates to be very reasonable. He is also just a trustworthy individual who tries to do the right thing and tries to help you spend your money wisely. For example, he's saved me money multiple times (and thus reduced his own paycheck) by explaining to me when things didn't actually need repair/replacement. "I thought they were very positive. I liked them. I haven't had any window work done. I don't remember how much the cost was. They didn't do any work, so this is on their approach and bidding. I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."
