"I got three bids on this job. Glen was the only contractor that pointed out several safety (trip) issues and said he would fix them and include it in the price. His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. Our pups had peed and stained some of the flooring. Glen repaired or replaced all of the stained areas. He was always on time and kept us in the loop as to how long the job would take. "If you are looking for an outstanding hardwood flooring company, look no further! I have used RTL Floors 3 times now and every time I have been exceedingly happy with the job performed. Robert is honest, fair and VERY GOOD at what he does. We initially used RTL floors a few years ago to strip and refinish the hardwood floors in our house. The job they did was beautiful! The floors looked new after he completed the work and they are 60 years old! We then used RTL again to install flooring in our family room, removing our outdated carpeting. Robert not only did a fantastic job on the floors but counseled me along the way to find a good, hardy flooring option that would live up to the rigors we put it through in that room. Most recently, we used RTL when we experienced a loss due to sudden and unexpected water backup. Robert worked around me and my GC on timing, came in the day we planned, and has done an outstanding job installing new floors in the room affected even though the job was exceedingly difficult to match new wood to 60-year-old flooring right next to it.
