John patiently worked with us prior to the installation in deciding on siding options, colors, and trim and was always available to answer all of our questions. ""My apartment building drained through parapet scuppers into exterior conductor heads and downspouts. During heavy storms, water backed up at two scuppers even when the downspouts were clean. The old roof had shallow low areas that directed more water toward one outlet than the others. Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn's drainage review was completed before the replacement design was finalized. The scuppers and conductor heads were assessed together rather than assuming that a larger roof drain alone would solve the problem. Their dimensions and elevations were adjusted as part of the work, while the exterior leaders remained in their established locations. The existing modified-bitumen roof and wet insulation were removed to the wood deck. Damaged decking was limited to the areas beneath the two overflowing scuppers. New tapered insulation divided the roof into more balanced drainage areas and formed sumps at each outlet."

Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. This team was very professional and hard working. I was very impressed with the quality of work ethic and product they provided. "Deniz did a great job sealing a leak in my roof, swapping out some damaged siding, and installing a new glass slider door. We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box. The door slides & locks perfectly, seal is perfect (unlike the old slider this replaced). We're very happy with the jobs all around and would hire him again no problem."

"I actually used the services of this company twice - just recently, and about 16 months ago. The first time was installation of a granite countertop and tile backsplash in my kitchen. The service in the store, which included picking out the granite and the tiles, was excellent. These people know just how to put different products together to make them look great. The countertop and backsplash were installed perfectly and look great.
In November of this year I went back to the store and inquired about replacing my kitchen floor. I brought in samples of my backsplash tiles. Brian pulled out a sample of the granite we had used, and asked me what color my cabinets were. He pulled out a small cabinet door that fairly matched my kitchen cabinets. Then he set everything up on a black felt "table" and selected a flooring tile that he thought would work with the colors in my kitchen. I loved the look, but naturally wondered if there was anything else I should look at. He picked another one and we both agreed that the first one was the best. Brian then printed up a complete estimate for me to consider and told me that they were about three weeks out for scheduling. About one week later I decided to go ahead with the project. About 2 weeks later Brian called and asked if December 2nd was good for me. It was.
By 9:00 on December 2nd the crew, headed up by a gentleman named Max, arrived and proceeded to remove my old linoleum, which was still glued to the floor. It took several hours for the 3 men to get to the bare floor. By 5:00 the new floor was installed - beautifully. The next day the crew returned with the bull-nose baseboard and installed it. Where the kitchen meets the dining room there is wooden baseboard molding. Max cut the bull-nose tile to perfectly line up with the wooden molding. It looks great. Then they proceeded to put in the grout. By the time they were finished the whole kitchen looked wonderful. They were very neat and did not leave a mess or splash grout all over the place. The refrigerator and stove were put back in place. Max suggested that he come back the next day with a plumber to re-install the dishwasher. They arrived at 9:00 on Wednesday morning and put the dishwasher back in place and made certain that there were no leaks. 
The entire experience with the installation of this floor was a pleasure. The men were very careful with my appliances, and placed a sheet of paneling on my wood floor in the dining room (on top of a drop cloth) to protect the floor from the appliances that they had to move into the dining room. As a matter of fact, they placed drop cloths on all my floors leading from the garage to the kitchen. They worked diligently from the time they arrived and did not waste time getting the job done. I absolutely love my new kitchen floor.
If I ever decide to re-do my bathroom, I will definitely go to Selective Sculptures!"

They had a crew of five people who each had a specific task. Finished whole project in one day. Windows look great and were installed perfectly. Finish work was fantastic."
