"I contacted Parker Construction on Wednesday to request a quote.  Ray made an appointment for that same day and had a quote for me the next day.  Ray came on Saturday and fixed the floor and also some additional small items (trimmed a door and re-installed a doorknob).  Ray's work was excellent.  Ray is professional and he cleaned up the floor and the area in the yard where he worked.  I am extremely pleased with Parker Construction and highly recommend the company.

They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary
