The job was scheduled about 2 weeks after the quote and completed quickly and on time. My home was left clean and the workers were very respectful. The floors came out magnificent! "These guys are AMAZING. I called 8 floor refinishing places in Westchester -- not only did they come in the cheapest, but when I told them I wanted a light, bleached look, they immediately knew what I was talking about. Many well-established places actually didn't, much to my surprise. Other places offered to bleach my yellow oak, which is very toxic, forbidden in many apartment buildings, and not necessary if you know what products to use. I sent pics of what I wanted; the guys came in & made 2 swatches on my floor. It was easy to pick the swatch, and my new floors look amazing. My kitchen is a different wood -- red oak -- and the guys treated it differently to make the 2 look more similar in the end. Thiago, the owner, is super kind & available to respond to questions. Office staff is polite, punctual and very helpful. Overall, I recommend them enthusiastically."
