"From the initial contact and product selection, to the actual order, to the day of delivery, the staff at Appliance Driven were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.  The day before delivery, I was provided with a 2 hour delivery window.  On the day of delivery, the store called at the start of this window to give me an approximate delivery time.  And then within 30 minutes of delivery, the delivery men on the truck called to confirm the time of delivery.  Installation was not easy but they were terrific, neat, quiet, etc.  I would highly recommend this company!!!!

"We were very pleased.  They were very helpful in design (Cathy was a gem), and then started work on the day they said they would.  They let us know when different workmen were arriving and kept us informed of the job's progress and when there would be a lapse in work.  Steve was involved in ironing out glitches.  The subcontractors all did good work and were pleasant to have around.  They were extremely neat, honest, and reliable, and we are very happy with the job they did.  It was worth the extra money to have minimal annoyance!
