"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. "We had a stain beside the bathroom ceiling that seemed to point toward the flat roof. The membrane around the air shaft had already been patched once, but the stain returned. During testing, water placed on the roof stayed outside, while water applied higher on the shaft wall appeared inside. The metal cap at the top of the shaft had separated at one corner, and several mortar joints directly beneath it were open. Rain was entering the wall, traveling through the masonry, and showing up near the roof line. The cap was repaired, the open joints were repointed, and the roof flashing was replaced where it had been disturbed by earlier patches. The work remained limited to one side of the shaft because the other elevations were dry and intact. A bathroom exhaust opening inside the shaft was covered during masonry cleaning.
