"ETC Home Improvement did a beautiful job remodeling our main floor full bathroom. Eddy and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They ripped out our original outdated bathroom, including a one-piece shower/tub unit and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower complete with a frameless glass door. The tile guys were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were meticulous, patient, and truly dedicated to their craft. They did such a stunning job and were also very courteous when in our home. Eddy and his crew were also very clean. They were constantly picking up and cleaning up any debris, materials or dust as they worked. We appreciated this because we have three small children and we did not have to worry about them getting into anything.  Overall we were extremely happy with final finished bathroom. Not only is Eddy honest, hard working and polite but his entire crew is as well. We were very comfortable with everyone on his team and the work that they did.
We absolutely plan on using ETC Home Improvement again.

"They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "The sales rep was very courteous and helped us with the deck design details. Because I had both fencing and decking work done, I was able to obtain a discount on the whole package, which was nice, and made Carl's the low bidder . The fence installers were very courteous and neat. They had to work around some adverse weather conditions (heavy rains), but finished the job in one day. The only issue was that the door closers on the deck did not work properly, and it took Carl's a couple weeks to get back to replace the closers. Overall, a nice job. The deck installers were very meticulous. I spent a lot of time watching them. They absolutely made sure everything was level. If it wasn't, they would rip out the boards and redo them. The finished product is outstanding. Everything was cleaned up by the installers before they left. We are very happy with both decks. There were some issues with the township inspections, but my township is known for being very particular and somewhat arbitrary. Carl's worked through all the issues."
