"Through Angies list I was contacted by Knapps with a quote that was far lower than the one I got from the major appliance store which advertises all over TV. The owner who still works as one of the techs came out and efficiently fixed the problem in a little more than an hour. We are totally satisfied with his work and efficiency and highly recommend this company."

"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"The technician came the day after calling in the need for repair. He diagnosed the problem of needing the ignition replaced. He replaced the ignition and then tested the oven to make sure it worked. I was very happy with their quick response and being able to fix my oven. The technician was very courteous. Thank you for fixing my oven. I would definitely use them again."

"Great service! I will be returning to them for all my appliance repair needs."

"Professional, prompt & came prepared with parts to fix our older refrigerator. The service call price of $126 is high, but the quality of work is good."

"They arrived and within the hour our new kitchen faucet had been installed efficiently and professionally. Yes, would hire again and recommend MP Plumbing to my friends and family."

"Our CPVC house piping had a lot of water hammer. After turning on the washing machine, I walked out for a moment, and then when I came back in water was dripping from the ceiling exhaust fan onto the washing machine. We have a two story house and they ran the hot water plumbing from the water heater in the garage through the laundry room ceiling. I removed the exhaust fan and could see water dripping from a tee way back beyond reach. The water hammer from the washer likely caused the fitting to start leaking. I turned the house water supply off and sent a message to Simpson plumbing through Angie's list. A lady from Simpson plumbing contacted me right away the next morning. She was courteous, but was having a hard time understanding what the problem was. Maybe I was giving too much information or something, but when the plumbers arrived later that afternoon they didn't understand what was going on. I ran through what happened again and showed them the wet spot on the ceiling. They had to cut an opening in the ceiling and we turned the water on and confirmed the leak. We moved my washing machine out of their way and they cut out the CPVC tee and replaced it with PEX. The piping was brittle so it took him a couple of attempts to get a straight cut which is why I called them to mess with it. After installing the PEX tee, we were leak free and at my request they provided a reference for the drywall repair. He also advised getting some water hammer arrestors installed on the supply lines to the washing machine to stop the water hammer, which I have since done."

"This problem was identified during an inspection of our condominium prior to closing the sale. The inspector also quoted a price, which was more than double the final bid. Several firms were contacted for competitive bids, and only Apollo responded. Their bid was less than half the initial proposal.

The work was to be completed in two phases. The worker for the first phase arrived on time and began work, but soon received a phone call from home regarding a family emergency. Apollo apologized and dispatched another worker later that afternoon so that this phase could be completed that day.

The new arrived for the second phase as scheduled, completed the work on time, and communicated well throughout.

To allow us to close on time, Apollo made special arrangements to get us a paid receipt that day.

I honestly cannot think of anything they could have done to make this process any easier or to support our "crunch" schedule in a more timely manner. They are just terrific people to deal with. "

"They arrived at the appointed time, they were polite and efficient and did a good job.  Unfortunately they broke a glass sconce in the bathroom the first time which they promised to replace.  As it turned out, the sconce was not longer available, so it took some time to resolve the issue.  The owner tried hard to find a replacement, but ended up having the replace the whole light fixture."
