Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. Our last project just completed was a sunroom and shed with partition pavers creating a great sitting area. Everything Alta did was done well and we are so very happy.
