"They came and did a quote very quickly. I kept mentioning to include the soffit. He said he would take care of it too. Had me pay a deposit promptly. After 3 weeks had to call and ask when my roof was going to be done. Came on a Saturday right before Father’s Day. I called and complained that they hadn’t put the moisture barrier down in an area by my office. They came back and checked, which I could not see, and told me it was done. Reminded them about the soffit. It was the whole reason I called a roofer out. After Supervisor who was very kind and assured that it will be done. Then owner got involved and said no as wasn’t on the contract. I had someone else to do soffit. If you want them, I would make sure every little detail on contract, plus get a building permit and photos of moisture paper installed on roof before laying of roof tiles."

The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. "I had put off this repair for a long time because I had expected it to cost a lot of money. I had finally saved for it and I called for an estimate. Andy came out to my house promptly (the next day) after I called about an estimate. He honestly told me that I would have to have that section of my roof removed over my bay window because the shingles had been put on improperly and were allowing water to run underneath them. He explained that they would be slightly darker than my older shingles because of age. He also stated as part of his service he would inspect my entire roof for other leaks. He then quoted the price that was actually only in hundreds, not thousands as I had expected. As we were close to the holiday he gave me an approximate time of service that we agreed upon. To my surprise, he and his crew were able to come a week earlier than projected and had the repair done in one day. I am happy to report a continued dry bay window and no and quot;add onsand quot; when he inspected. He spoke to me respectfully as an educated consumer and treated me, I feel, honestly. <br />"

"They are actually a national firm.  I spent between $8000 and $10000.  They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day.  They had 10 guys working here.  They worked hard.  They did it quickly.  There wasn't any inconvenience at all.  They got up there and did the work.  I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have.  We've got a 4000 sqft house.  I was happy."
