"Summit property restoration is a great company they advised me what was happening every minute alone. Kept me up to date and roofing looks wonderful and I appreciate all they didj0y"

"They tore off all the old wood decking and replaced it all with gorgeous new composite material. I’ve had compliments from all the neighbors. Would absolutely recommend"

"They were polite people, however, they said they would clean out gutters then wash them. Instead they pressure cleaned them out, leaving a huge mess everywhere. At the corner there was a substantial branch hanging out of the gutter and in the back there are still leaves stuck between the house and gutters. I had to go out and wash the whole house down for the mess they made, including the porch! Would not hire again."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Fabulous job! Definitely going to ask him to come again to fix other items in my home"
