"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

After sizing our heating requirements, Unique presented us with several packages, of differing efficiency, that included boilers smaller than the old one, but ones that would meet our heating needs. This was in contrast to other companies that wanted to replace our old boiler with one of similar size, not taking into account that the old one was oversized to begin with. The Unique package we chose included outdoor reset, and air elimination, items that may have increased upfront costs, but ones that will probably offer savings, convenience, and increased comfort in the long run. Some other companies didn’t even mention these options. Thank you to Dante, Taz, Sam, Jameel, Brandon and all the Unique team, for making our boiler replacement project an excellent experience!"
