He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. Even after having to cut into our chimney 2x to get the flue to fit he stuck to his original quote. Bob (and both of his crew) were extremely professional and the kind of company you don't find too often. DON"T hesitate to call him."

They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more. Then they did not show up to do the work, so I ended up hiring another company."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit.
