"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. "Flawless work. The stone and limestone are meticulously set and the deck is beautiful. This is the second large job we've asked them to undertake since they did such a great job on the rear deck. As in all jobs the demolition and construction was more complicated than expected. Nonetheless they kept to the price agreed to in the contract and did some additional work beyond that to improve the lower sidewalk appearance for no additional cost. They met with the Township code official and reviewed the plans they drew and submitted for a permit for the work. They called the Township inspector and arranged for him to inspect the foundation work.....which passed easily. We've had several of our neighbors come by to talk about how beautiful the new deck is and to get their business card. I recommend them without any hesitation. They are professional, always on time and schedule. Their workmanship is flawless. They are a pleasure to talk to and always courteous and willing to explain anything we asked of them. A+++ again."
