Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. "Larry the appliance repair technician who owns Able business was promptly on time. He diagnosed my out of order electric clothes dryer using his appliance repair knowledge and technical skills. Larry determined that the cost to repair dryer was more than half the price of a new dryer. He determined the dryer was 10 years old. Paying for the parts and labor was 1 option that he offered me or I could scrap the dryer and put the repair cost to a replacement new dryer. As the dryer was 10 years used, we paid Larry for his diagnosis charge which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Larry’s services as he diagnosed the situation quickly and we did a cost analysis to repair or replace the dryer. He is a very patient and kind man. I recommend Larry to service your home appliances. He also has quick, efficient access to major appliance parts suppliers. He provided us great service with a smile! "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Even though HomeAdvisor had me set an appointment, Jared was able to come out much sooner (thank goodness!). My issue was freezer thawing and fridge freezing in a side-by-side! He found my first problem immediately in the fridge (damper stuck open so the cold air was flowing constantly into the refrigerator) and then we cleaned out the freezer and discovered the evaporator assembly was not cooling completely - likely due to a clog in coils that send freon through the system. Suggested that given the age of the appliance + cost to repair I should be able to find a replacement for just a bit more than the repairs. He even did a quick search for me to give me some ideas and recommendations ! Then when he wasn't going to repair the fridge we went through the other appliances in my kitchen and he told me a few things to be aware of I will definitely call him again when it's time to replace the others to get his recommendations!"
