"The only suggestions that I would make is to inform theme owner that the branches that are cut down have a good chance of falling on any/all plants and shrubs underneath. That was a surprise as a huge hydrangea bush was smashed but it will come back. The information would be considerate though instead of looking out the window and seeing that garden all smashed. Also, there are some dead branches that were just balancing on a live branch that he could have removed but missed them. Otherwise they did good work. Mrs. Lash"

Other companies wanted to remove the tree or just one side (double trunk). Rich's solution was to prune only the branches that jeopardized the roof. He also pointed out a tree in front that was dead and would have impacted my neighbor if it falls. The crew showed up 5 mins early and went right to work. They pruned two trees, took one down and cleaned all the scrub trees from the area. You would never know they were here. They even cleaned the gutters."

One tree was not accessible using bucket truck. Amazed at skill and concentration of person who climbs into tree to access and saws off the limb/branches. We contacted Tree Tech to get a quote to remove some trees along a fence line.  We wanted to keep as many trees as possible and because of the expertise of their technicians, we were able to do that.  Several monster trees were removed without disturbing their neighbors. The logs were removed and the stumps ground within days. Everyone was polite and professional.
