It was lodged so high and so tightly that I am convinced anyone else would have said they couldn’t get to it and left but Jim was so tenacious that he kept at it until he finally got it out. I can’t speak highly enough of Jim and his service."

"I had previously paid another contractor for this service, as part of a larger job.  Unfortunately the waterproofing part of the job was delayed due to weather (water-proofing requires sufficiently warm temperatures, and a dry day).  Before the vendor could provide the service, he sold the business to Certified Chimney, an established local company.  As soon as I learned that Certified Chimney would be my new provider of services, I called their office and spoke with Kim.  Kim was very polite and helpful, and literally within an hour there was a crew at my home to verify that the chimney had not been previously waterproofed.  An appointment was setup promptly for the next dry/warm day, and a crew came out right on time to perform the service.  They took their time in carefully applying the product and ensured that all surfaces were properly treated.  Job well done."
