"Jimmy and Gregg were great. As others have already stated (and I agree) Jimmy is a magician and an artist with tile. In addition to that, he offered excellent ideas on our project that we would never have thought of, creating a high-end look, and his attention to detail is as accurate as an engineer's. Every time he does a job for us (he did other floor and kitchen tile work for us 6 years ago) I'm amazed at his ability to work within a challenging situation (uneven floors or walls for example) and make something beautiful. We were particularly stunned with the fireplace work, where he used a rough travertine stacked stone as the surround and a darker ceramic tile for the hearth. He and Gregg were modest, saying that our choice of a great tile was a big factor, but really you need a skilled installer, and Jimmy and Gregg were truly spectacular. And to top it off, they are sooo easy to be around, and just plain good guys. Sadly due to the need for caution in the "year of COVID-19" we couldn't hug at the end of the job, but maybe next time. (Speaking of COVID-19, they were also excellent at respecting our wish to be careful (with humor all-around), by wearing masks and taking other precautions.)"

He even provided information that helped settle a bit of confusion we had about placement of the fence. He built the fence to be super durable against kids and kept the safety of both our children and pet in mind during the construction. "John and Jon are great people. The are good at lot of things and some areas they should leave to others. I have hired them for two projects. I would give them a 5 for dry wall and framing. 4 for tile, 2 for plumbing. They are very clean and considerate. Very respectful to the homeowner especially in situations where the homeowner is still in the house during construction. They clean up at the end of the day. They would do ok with very simple plumbing but not anything more than that. For a bathroom remodel that included a lot of high end plumbing, it was almost a near disaster situation."
