"Fantastic job! Candace is the ultimate pro- she’s amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and my vision and provided great recommendations (at no pressure) and she stayed in constant communication. Gio and his team were on-time, professional, and did a great job. Our project spread out over several days and they cleaned up each night and were very thorough. Excellent communication during and after project. Great follow up and minor detail retouching were done immediately and without hesitation. Would absolutely recommend and will be using in the future! Customers say: Quick response

"I hired Aaron Martinez to redo all the floors in the house I bought, hardwood, LVP, and tile. For me, he is the perfect contractor because he is skilled and experienced enough to do a great job, and it is a small enough business that I always felt like my job was important to him (unlike some larger contractors I quoted the project with). Communication was great. Pricing was reasonable. The floors are gorgeous. "

"Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? This exact issue shows up in other reviews, so clearly this isn?t an accident ? it?s a pattern. See the rest on Google. To long to post full review on this platform."

"As a landlord with 20 years of experience working with countless contractors and service providers, I can confidently say that Complete Flooring stands out as one of the best. Adam and his team were nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. They handled the entire process with professionalism and care—from tearing out the old flooring to installing beautiful new LVP and plush carpet. It genuinely feels like they breathed new life into the home! The transformation was stunning. What really impressed me was their excellent communication every step of the way. They listened, delivered exactly what they promised, and completed the job on time with no surprises. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and respect for the property were evident throughout. I truly appreciated their dedication and craftsmanship. If you're looking for a top-notch team who takes pride in their work and makes the process smooth and stress-free, I couldn't recommend Complete Flooring more highly."
