Also, although all surfaces in the house did need a wipe down later on, I was pretty surprised at how little dust there was. They did a fantastic job & we were stunned at how beautiful the floors turned out. We went with a natural, water base finish & we are so glad we did because all the natural variations in the wood really stand out! Alvaro said that once my brother is in the house for a while, if anything turns up that needs attention (any snags, splinters, etc...) to call him & they will come back out to fix it. So far there were only a couple of tiny splinters but I'm not sure they're significant enough to call them back out, but I know if they get worse that Alvaro will make it right! We also had Alvaro give us a price on painting the interior of the upstairs & also putting on new baseboards throughout the upstairs but it turned out those just weren't in the budget. The floor refinishing was a very reasonable price for the amount of work & size of the house, but the painting & baseboards did seem to be a bit pricey by comparison. We would certainly use them again for hardwood floor refinishing!"
