"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"I needed a roof repair and found NMTI-General Construction on Angie's List. From day one, Project Managers, Juan and Ramon provided me with exemplary service. Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris. I would highly recommend NMTI-GC to anyone needing home repairs or renovation. Juan, Ramon and their team are professional, prompt and courteous. I will definitely call on them again for any future home repairs that I may need."

"I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. "I contacted Kevin the morning after the storm, as soon as we were aware of the problem with our roof. He had a crew at our house that afternoon. They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. Mr. Melo took the time to explain matters to me in detail. I will certainly be using them for roofing matters in future,"

"I'll start by saying. I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Karales Home improvement was very positive. Get ready for a long one. Like many others, I utilized Home Adviser to look for Roofing specialists. I met with Mike Karales the same day as our initial phone conversation. He arrived, mask on, ready work with me. He took the time to understand my needs and provided me a very fair quote on the spot. He also explained the whole process to ensure I understood what he was offering. Mike worked with me on our scheduling needs. All of the materials arrived the morning of the work but it ended raining out that day so things were pushed to the next morning. The next day, the dumpster was dropped off, Mike and his trusted crew , some with him for over 17 years, arrived first thing in the morning. They waved hi and got to work immediately. Mike went over again, what to expect, etc. and his team started tarping all around the house, prepping the tools, 30 minutes later they get to work. 2 or 3 on the roof, all with specific roles. another couple of guys cleaning around the house and sweeping throughout the job. The team worked like a well oiled machine and I don't even think they took a break. The whole job was completed by Noon. The tarp catching all of the debris, the constant cleaning and sweeping, the magnetic device to further find any nails that may have fallen astray. I literally walked around my house looking for nails or an old shingle or anything really and not one thing out of place, not one nail, nothing! They left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. One word. Meticulous! Mike came by to inspect and ensure everything was done properly and that I was happy. From A to Z, short of writing a check, I didn't have to lift a finger or worry. Permits, dumpster, installation, cleanup they took care of it all. The Karales team was experienced, efficient, hard working and meticulous. They are Just straight out insanely good at what they do. Hats off to these guys. In by 8am gone by noon. You wouldn't have known they showed up and replaced the roof. My neighbor left for work prior to their arrival and came back home for lunch. I told them i had a new roof done just this morning and they couldn't believe it. Insane!, Good Job Mike Karales and Team."
