He checked all three chimneys, he said 2 of them were not used much so he didn't charge me the full price, for the third one he explained me how that fireplace works, and how it would be dangerous to use it with TV mounted over it. Since we have a TV, I decided not to invest cleaning that chimney. Paul could have easily charged me the full price and don't even mention the third one. He is a very honest person, gives a very fair price and is absolutely nice to talk to. I would highly recommend him."

John was very thorough in what needed to be done and how it needed to be done so as to not incur any additional cost (headaches). When the time came for the work to be done, John and Miguel showed up on time and went right to work. Within a matter of hours, the chimney liner, exhaust manifolds for the furnaces and hot water heater were all installed - all with no trace of him being there beyond his completed work. "A short time after I contacted them they reached out to me to set up a service call. I had provided them the information on the fireplace mfg type before they came. The service person diagnosed and fixed the unit during the visit. He also cleaned the fireplace unit. I am happy with the work. This would be a five star review but it was a bit expensive. $295 for the visit and an additional $200+ for the parts and service work. There was no invoice. We paid premium for getting this back up and running quickly and they delivered on this."

"They did a GREAT job! They first ran into permit problems in Brookline, but Rich (?) was able to fix that and didn't charge me extra. Then on the day of the work, they showed up and worked through to the next day and removed the whole chimney from the inside without making a dent in the house. I was MOST impressed with this as I have 2 small children so dust is a big deal to me. Since they are so prompt and efficiently, i was able to coordinate with my roofer to come in on the same day to seal up the roof. At the end of the day, you couldn't even tell that someone had removed a chimney just minutes before. Highly recommended! <br />"
