"The price wasn't the lowest -Their service was fine, but the job they did was ok."

"Mark came out to our home to test our water and review the water softener systems available. He was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. We've had the system up and running for 5 days now. What a difference! I highly recommend this company."

"I was given a quote after talking to Brock over the phone and there were no surprises when the tech arrived on time to install the hot water heater. Their quote came in lower then other companies I spoke to . I will recommend Brock."

"Casey did a great job… very professional… he replaced our hot water heater and replaced some faucets… we highly recommend him!!!"

"Seem to know what he was doing, was neat and clean."

"Had a water heater replaced. Showed up on time, explained what had to be done. Very professional completed the work and cleaned up after."

"Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount."

"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. On the other hand Affordable water heaters was very upfront quoting an estimate and even quoted prices to us for water heater replacement in case that was needed. In addition, I was told that they guaranteed the lowest price, so if anyone should quote me a lower price (which no one did) their company would match it. All in all they were honest, punctual, professional, and did a fabulous job. If you need a water heater repair or a new water heater do yourself a favor and call Affordable Water Heaters."
