"Contacted Brad Jacobs first through email to talk about the job. They were very responsive through email and text messaging through the entire job. I needed a lot of work done. First was a stamped walkway and entry pad to the home. Second was a brushed walkway around the garage and a pad behind the garage. Third was a new 2 car garage floor. Fourth was a 17x20 foot pad in front of the garage. Fifth was a new chimney crown. I was quoted a price for each piece of the job in case I wanted to opt out of anything. The told me they wouldn't do the entire driveway, not because they didn't want my money, but because I didn't have enough pitch and they didn't feel comfortable since water would sit on it. I admire this kind of honesty. They worked with me through some scheduling conflicts that I personally had. The small crew arrived on time every day, and they communicated with me when they would be doing each section, and how long it would take. I've been blown away by the attention to detail and craftsmanship. Everything has been pitched away from the house like it should be. The stamped walk is gorgeous. The garage floor was pitched perfectly to drain water. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat."

His two sons work on the crew and his one son Brandon is the Manager of the crew. There were a total of 5 guys working the job. They all were very respectful and professional. Brandon did a great job of multi tasking and and utilizing the entire crew to get the job done. We ran into an issue but Brandon came up with a option that would make it work. Demo revealed a nightmare for the remodel, but Eric and Chris were able to put it back together perfectly and gave me a bathroom that looks like it belongs to my old house. All of the floor joists were fixed, the plumbing moved and replaced as well as the electric for modern and updated fixtures. The bathroom is now the spacious, family friendly and beautiful room it needed to be when other contractors told me it could not be done. "See review 2015 for part one of story. I found I stilled worried about water in the basement crawl space even though there was a big improvement with the 2015 fixes. So I called Tim again and talked about options. Since the full size part of the basement didn't seem to have any water problems we left that alone and concentrated on the crawl space. His crew punched holes along the bottom of the walls to let water flow out. They draped the holes to direct the water flow into a pipe that took the water to the sump pump. They sprayed the walls to kill any mold that had formed and draped them with a material that made them look better. They also covered the pipe with concrete. The crew was wonderful, Brandon in particular. They worked hard in very uncomfortable circumstances (hard pebbly floor surface, 3 ft height, and huge spiders). At the same time, they sprayed foam into the space between the rafters along the outside of the wall (no more huge spiders) to insulate. To prevent future problems they reinforced my back basement wall to prevent the horizontal crack at the freeze line from becoming bigger. I am thrilled with the results. Besides the bonus of being spider free, I have no water in my crawl space, ever. I can hear the sump pump working nonstop during heavy rains and big snow melts. I didn't know I had bought in a high water table area and that basement water was a common problem in the area. You sure can't tell by my basement any more."
