"The freezer repair was our second engagement with Burns Appliance Repair. On both instances, Rick repaired our appliances quickly and cost-effectively. Our original call was to repair a 5-year old under counter ice-maker. Rick managed to repair it after I had given up. Due to the quality of the service on our ice-maker, we called Burns a second time when our freezer stopped working. After only a few minutes, Rick determined the cause, the repair, and the cost. I'm happy to say that the call to Burns saved us hundreds and potentially thousands of dollars for a replacement freezer. Rick is a knowledgeable and skilled technician. We will be calling on them the next time an appliance fails. I give Burns five stars all around, for service, quality, and cost."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Our old heat pump had been dying for several years. This year it finally bit the dust. I had a friend who was going to install a new system for me, but that didn't work our, and I called Robert Bailey who I already knew from working with him on some commercial projects. He came by quickly and gave me a an estimate and advice. After that visit, it was around 10 days until the work started with the bulk of the time spent in removing our old ducting and installing all new. Our old ducting was absolutely filthy inside. Robert also advised us to install an HEPPA filter, which should help with some of the airborne pollutants in our house. <br /> The guys finished a few hours after lunch on the 2nd day. They took time to make sure they had everything right and answer any questions I had. They were all friendly and I felt fine having them in my home. I was very impressed with the detail of their work to accurately balance the airflow in our home, which is more complicated than one might think! <br /> Definitely will use Bailey's again!"

"It went the same as all the other times. I will say it worked about two wks. longer this time but the leaking is back. I have 7 mos. left on my years plan, so I will continue to call them. They replaced it once. However it their ice maker doesn't work that doesn't help. It has the same problems as the last one. Samsung should be made to stand behind their products. I will never own another one."
