"This is one of the most responsive and dependable companies that I have dealt with. From the bid to job completion they were on time and responded to all of my questions. I wanted to know if seal coating would ****** moss growth, Nathan researched that question and reported that he could not guarantee it. I decided to proceed anyway because I had seen their work in my neighborhood. Process includes mechanical cleaning of the asphalt followed by two coats of seal coat. First coat has to dry before second coat is applied. Generally this can be done in one day. Crew took extra care with the edge next to a concrete pad. Overall experience was very positive."

"I picked Sierra after many estimates, and I’m glad I did. They performed the job in 1.5 days and under budget! All the other companies said 5-7 days and would have to cut a tree and part of my concrete porch. Andy, Ubaldo and their crew worked like a well oiled machine. It was done with precision and timely work. They were professional , courteous and worked with me on financing. I would recommend them to anyone who has sewer and water line issues. You won’t regret it. Jim McArthur"

"I supplied the base, shower walls, plumbing fixtures and floor tile. The bath was done in 2 stages due to delays by Kohler in delivering items ordered. Demolition took place along with behind the walls plumbing, installation of the shower base and tile, and venting of new fan outside. The team, Mark and Audrey were prompt, professional, pleasant and excelled at all aspects of the removal and installation. Second phase completed priming and painting, installation of shower walls, completing of floor tile/trim, installation of towel bars etc. Once all was complete it was time to measure and install frameless shower doors. My installation was particularly challenging as the large shower panels couldn't make it up the spiral staircase. Mark and Audrey built a ramp to pull the panels up the the roof, then through the bedroom sliding doors. Every was done with the utmost care. There was one miscommunication about the shower doors that were to be installed. Paul immediately had the issue addressed and the doors were completed to my total satisfaction. I was totally impressed with the professionalism Paul, Mark and Audrey and absolutely love the work that they did. I was so pleased we are going to have them do our vanity/dressing area next. The picture below is before the glass shower doors."

"I was very happy with the service and the quality of work.  The product that Earth Sculpt uses is exceptionally robust.  I can even make additionas and repairs myself as I add plants or move things around as most gardners do.  Would highly recommend them."

"We had been having some water in our crawlspace over the years along with some downspout and drainage issues. Called Byron and discussed our situation. He came out soon after to assess what was going on. He established we needed to first fix the downspout/drainage pipe to ensure that the water in the crawl was not a result of that. Byron did not try to oversell us on services, in fact, he told us not to bother doing the crawlspace right now and to wait and see if the current fix would solve our issue, but if it didn't, he'd come back and fix the crawlspace for us. I really appreciated him being honest and not overselling. He was a pleasure to work with. The exterior drainage work was done. The crew and Byron showed up on repair day on time and went right to work. All the crew were very nice, hardworking and conscientious. They kept damage to my landscape to a minimum and cleaned up well after the work was done. I can barely tell they were even there! You can trust these guys! We will definitely hire Byron and his crew again for any drainage repair issues."

"I got three estimates, Dave's wasn't the cheapest but lets say I felt more comfortable with him and his crew doing the job. On Mon. July 7th just before 8 AM Dave, his son and young man 'like Dave's second son' arrived. Little bit later two young men, son's friends who are recent high school graduates got here. By 5 PM all the old fence was in a trailer to haul off, all the fence posts were set in concrete, not powdered stuff and water but concrete they mixed in a wheel barrow on site. I'd asked Dave if they could also get rid of a small shed that was falling apart. Former owners used it for their oil barrel. It was now a spider house! Dave said there wouldn't be an extra charge for getting rid of it. I didn't need fencing across back of the yard because town houses sprouted up there few years ago and developer put in a tall fence (yea!) for privacy. But when my old fence, across the back, was gone can see developer evidently didn't use pressure treated wood so in few years I'll have Dave fence that too. <br /> Even though the workers were young they did not goof off or horse around, they worked hard and it was so hot outside. <br /> On July 10, 8 AM the crew came back and put up the fences and gates. They used tight knot cedar with dog tooth to boards. Was going to have lattice along top like old fence but decided against it. Really like my new fence. My ground isn't even but the fence is built so it is in a nice straight line. My 15 # dog found a place he could get out under an area of fence so Dave put up a board along there. That kept him in the yard. But then dog found he could squeeze under one of the gates. I emailed Dave, he showed up that Sat. morning and sunk five concrete pavers into the dirt under the gate. So far so good. Never thought I'd have all new fencing in two working days. I am very pleased. <br /> Pat <br />"

"During my course of researching for the most competent concrete and masonry contractor in the Portland/Wilsonville area, I began asking neighbors in the community for referrals. The name “All About Concrete and Masonry” came up again and again. Not only that, but neighbors were happy to showcase Ron's work for me. Because a previous concrete contractor had poured a concrete patio up against the cedar siding of my home, the siding had dry-rotted! Also, my brick pillars were failing. I needed to know what my options were from a knowledgeable concrete and masonry professional! I telephoned Ron. Ron was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and down to earth. He explained my options thoroughly, and provided estimates for various options. On the day the first of the jobs was scheduled, Ron and his crew arrived ready to go to work! I found Ron's crew to be super hard-working and conscientious! When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up the area to perfection. In my book All About Concrete and Masonry is the best, hands-down! Since then, I have had Ron and his crew do all of my masonry and concrete repairs. When the time comes to replace my concrete driveway, I plan to select 'pavers', and All About Concrete and Masonry will without a doubt be my #1choice to do the job!"

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Brightwood, OR

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
