"It was a very busy time for the company due to all the storm damage, but the owner came out to our home within a few days, after hours, to accommodate our work schedule to inspect the damaged fence and property. He was very personable and carefully examined the fence and damage and went over multiple options with us and his recommendations. There were a few areas that didn’t need replacing and he did not try to oversell and was willing to work with us. We told him we wanted the fence done the right way and wanted it to be sturdy and last as long as possible. He took his time with us, sent us a bid promptly by email and answered all of our questions. There was some question as to the property line and Dick came out again so he could be here when the surveyor came. We made a couple changes to the scope of work and he came and met its us again to go over everything. We had also gotten an estimate from another company but they seemed impersonal, didn’t follow through with questions asked and oversold what needed to be done. The crew came out on time, were friendly but professional and easy to have around. If there were any problems or questions the owner, Dick, was very responsive and made sure everything was done right . We are very happy with our fence and would definitely hire them again"

"They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."

"We are very happy with our new composite deck and privacy panels. It's just how we imagined and it has made a huge improvement in our backyard. We had a few other estimates before finding Aloha Fence and Deck and Jim's estimate was the only one we found that came in within our budget. He helped with the design of the deck and privacy panels and we love the finished results! We also had a tree removed that left a hole in our fence, which Jim did not charge us extra to fix. He even straightened out a section on our fence that was falling over for no extra cost. We did find a couple things that needed to be re-done on the deck, but Jim and his crew fixed it right away and made sure we were happy with the finished result. "We were originally going to have our backyard fence and gates replaced. Ted was quick to reply and came out to our house to provide an estimate. While I first thought the estimate was high, I later had other bids come in that were comparable or even higher. My wife decided we hadn't budgeted enough for a replacement job, especially considering we still had some remodel projects that needed to be done, so we decided to just do a repair job this year and revisit replacing the fence next year. To repair the fence required replacing 4 posts and then re-attaching the current fence sections to the new posts. Of the companies that bid on the original replacement job, Ted was the only one willing to take on the repair project as the others said it was "too small of a project." Ted's team was able to get out to the house relatively quick given the busy season and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again."

Pete and one helper removed two old decks, disposed of the material and installed two new decks using Timber Tech material.  The new deck total about 400 square feet and was built in two levels with a 5 1/2" step up between the two decks.

The whole project was completed within the time frame Pete predicted and WITHIN BUDGET.  The quality of his workmanship could not have been better.  He is a true craftsman.
