"Very straight forward. Friendly driver pulled up to the front of the house, reversed into the driveway. Came out of the cab, introduced himself, and went through what he was going to do. He took the covers off each of the 3 tanks. He let me know what each one of them was for and how it worked. Saw the type of filter installed in the system and commented it was one of the best ones, due to surface area effectiveness and easy to clean. Each tank was then pumped clean. He washed the filter and reinstalled it and put all the covers back onto each of the tanks. We both walked the mound and checked each cross drain inspection tube. He made a couple of recommendations to keep things maintained, including rinsing the filter once per year. He wrote up the invoice, handed me an information packet that included some coupons and a packet of beneficial bacteria. Job done. Very professional. Very friendly. Very informative. Great price."

When the service man came he showed us that is was a switch that tripped and he showed us how to reset the switch. It continued to trip so they suggested we replace it but we really appreciated that he didn't just push to replace it right away (although he offered). When he came the second time, we asked if he had time to complete some other projects we needed done. I realize they can't always adjust their schedule, but he was able to stay and spent an extra hour or so fixing up some little projects since he was there. He was very willing and helpful. He did the repairs and when he was finished he showed me with a camera the work he preformed on the interior of the pipes that were cleaned out and clog free. "Our septic system backed up on a Saturday night and it was quite a mess.  We are new to the area so we had no clue on who to call for help.  After quite a bit of research I found Warren's information at Wilde's Plumbing.  I saw that he provided  emergency service and his references were good so I gave him a call.    <br /> <br /> Even though it was a Saturday night, I explained the situation to Warren and he said that he would adjust his schedule and come right over.   He was very professional on the phone and also in person.   He has been doing plumbing for 30 years and he was very knowledgeable.  <br /> <br /> He had given me a fixed rate over the phone, which I liked, and it was very reasonable for an emergency call on a weekend.   When he discovered that he actually had to remove the toilet in order to get the pipes unclogged he told me that normally he does not have to do that in a basement but it was the only way to fix the problem.  Because of that extra labor he explained that he would have to charge me more than his original quote and because he explained it so well it made perfect sense to me.  It was kind of like going in for an oil change with your car and the mechanic shows you that you have a nail in your tire.... I wouldn't expect him to fix that for free either....  <br /> <br /> Bottom line is that finding a good plumber without a referral is a little scary.  I called Warren based on what a few other customers had said about him.  I was very thankful to learn that it was all  true.   He was professional, he fixed the problem and he charged a fair price.   The best testimony is that if I need another plumber, Warren's number is now programmed in my phone!  <br /> <br />"
